For the last two years it has been introducing the works of Lithuanian writers, translated into English, and presenting the culture of the Lithuanian nation in the context of world culture. It is the only publication of the kind in Lithuania – and, perhaps, in the whole Baltic region. The fifth issue will be published in December, 1996.
