• Project THE FIRST LITHUANIAN BOOK is a part of  a  Virtual Exhibition of a Millennium of Lithuanian Cultural Heritage and is supported by The National Program of this Virtual Exhibition.
• YEAR OF THE LITHUANIAN BOOK is issued according to The National Program of the 450th Anniversary of the First Lithuanian Book.

• YEAR OF THE LITHUANIAN BOOK is a winner of the competition 97-98 among the cultural and educational projects organized by the Media Support Foundation and is supported by it.

• We express our gratitude to the Boards of the National Radio and TV programs for their kind permission to use audio and video records at Vilnius Opera and Ballet Theatre on January 8, 1997, during the grand commemoration of the 450th anniversary and for assisting in recording digital audio tapes. We would also like to thank the Music Board of the National RTV for the fragments of the opera "The Prussians" by Giedrius Kuprevičius.
